Chapter 663 received its charter from the Experimental Aircraft Association on March 13, 1980.
Located in Livermore, California, our Chapter is known as a "Builders Chapter", with emphasis on the construction of homebuilt aircraft. In recent years we have been developing our Youth Aviator Program to help foster the next generation of pilot and builders. Many of our builders have been nationally recognized for their masterful building techniques. Today, our membership numbers over 130 pilots and aviation enthusiasts.
